Asus X370 and B350 motherboards prices leaked

Not a day passes by when we don't hear a progressive news about the upcoming and highly awaited Ryzen desktop CPU lineup from AMD. Today is no different but instead of the CPU we've got some new about the AM4 Motherboards that will support the Ryzen processors all the way upto the top end 8C/16T R7 1800X, quite a mouthful of name isn't i.
According to OC3D Asus AM4 socket motherboard prices have leaked out and we now have some insight into the features and price that they'll be up for grab in the market.

The top notch ASUS X370 Crosshair VI Hero comes with a price tag of $209 which interestingly is $20 cheaper than what the ASUS Z270 Maximum IX Hero, the high end Z270 PCH offering from Asus itself. This has not only solidified the fact yet again that AMD motherboards are cheaper than their Intel counterparts but its also worth noticing that prices are as low as $69 for the bottom level ASUS Prime B350M-A.
All these boards support overlcocking features and we are yet to hear about the prices for the entry level A320 chipset boards or other boards that will not support overclocking.
Its quite evident that not only the AMD Ryzen lineup would be competitive in terms of price but the supporting motherboards will offer competitive and equal features to that of those supporting the latest gen Intel Kably Lake processors. All this with a low price tag unlike the latter.
One thing that we can also draw from this is that we can expect even cheaper motherboards from other manufacturer's including MSI and the revamped Biostar that is shelling off its previous image as a 'budget only' manufacturer sine the advent of its Racing series motherboards.
All in all AMD Ryzen is becoming more and more tempting by each passing day.
